This section is under construction—literally and figuratively. Over the last five years, I set creative nonfiction aside as I dedicated my writing exclusively to the law via advocacy, judicial opinion-writing, and scholarship. While there is much beauty—and indeed creativity—to the law, it is the unique spirit with which creative writing is blessed that so fundamentally shapes our realities. And so here I am. I thank you for your patience as I steadily chip away at the rust, thick from years of accumulation, and discover my voice again. Feedback and insight are always very much appreciated.
